Madison Construction has extensive experience with both the cost analysis and application of “Green” design and construction. We also have staff available to help you identify grants and incentives available to your green/energy efficient project. Madison Construction has done presentations on public/private incentives available for green building and is available for presentations upon request.
Our staff is currently working on several “Green” projects. These projects include the Little Red Schoolhouse Nature Center and PCC Wellness Center. Both of these projects will be attempting to receive high levels of LEED certification through the U.S. Green Building Council. After both of these projects are completed we are confident that they will receive the Energy Star Rating.
Additionally, members of Madison Construction's team are members of the Chicago's U.S. Green Building Councils South Suburban Chapter. The Madison Construction team has a vast knowledge and experience of the paper work and applications associated with these certifications.
