Madison Construction has an outstanding record of working with local community organizations and contractors to effectively execute projects. As a matter of company policy subcontracting to M/WBE organizations is highly encouraged on all projects regardless of project requirements.

We work closely with the local community to find local firms that can participate in the construction process as well as finding local labor to work on the project. We believe in the intent of these requirements and provide these firms meaningful roles within the project versus simply filling percentages. We involve the community extensively during construction which, in turn, gives the community ownership and pride in the completed project.
