Bid Opportunities

OBTAINING BID DOCUMENTS

Bid Documents are available in one of three ways:  Download from Trueshare; viewing at the Madison main office; or a CD from Madison.

To Download Drawings:

1. Open a web browser and type www.trueshare.com into the address bar.
2. Click ‘Login’ in the upper right hand corner and enter username and password.
   
   Username: bidder
   Password: madison
   
   *Should you get an error please try again in 10 minutes.
   
3. Click in the check boxes for all of the drawings you would like to download (or select the ALL button…….)
4. Click on the “Download” button to begin your download.
