With many cumulative years of experience, Madison Construction draws upon its employees’ expertise across several sectors. Together, the staff holds almost 100 years of experience on very high profile projects that are considered landmarks and points of interest across the country.

Our senior staff is comprised of experienced professionals who have combined their efforts to create a much sought after group. Having attained much success on separate ventures, together they have created a synergy that has proven to be a winning combination of strengths.

President

Mr. Ferrino has over 25 years of experience in the building industry and has had the opportunity to work with amazing clients, architects and counterparts that have been crucial in fine tuning his skills. He has utilized this time to cultivate relationships and really listen to the needs of the industry. Over ten years ago he created Madison Construction and he hasn’t looked back since.

Mr. Walder’s vast spectrum of experience can best be summarized in an encyclopedia. Harry has worked and lived over 45 years of experience in the building industry. His drive and energy is contagious. As Executive Vice President of Madison Construction, Harry is able to use his skills to cater to a diverse client base.

Mr. Bates is a hands-on construction professional with over 25 years of experience. As a Vice President for Madison Construction, Les is able to oversee all of the current projects as well as mentor our staff with the ease that comes only from a dedicated professional with a great deal of understanding on how inner systems are truly run.

As the Chief Financial Officer for Madison Construction, Mr. Gonzalez has been instrumental in the company’s growth. As a “revenue finding” expert, familiar with grants and tax law, Fred’s savvy in the financial industry, owner of a company, as well as years in the banking industry, have helped Madison grow experientially of the past few years.
